't Brugs Beertje

Booked Guillaume for a Sunday evening dinner in Bruges. Other feed back was excellent so had high hopes. The dinner did not disappoint, food was excellent and staff attentive. Would highly recommend to any other diners willing to try something of the local high quisine

Our annual Bruges trip with friends, Mozart&#39;s is always our first stop and never disappoints. It&#39;s not 5 star food but it&#39;s always good and for the price, especially through the Fork thank you, it&#39;s a no brainer. Great seats for 4 down in &#39;the carriages&#39; and the Mozart dark is really good too.

It was very good, we loved the food and it was fast and a lot of choice. It was cozy and warm and there was no rain on the terras bcs of the parasols.  ,)   .

We loved the food, it took a bit longer than expected, but hey good things take time, right? Service was fine and they serve in multiple languages that is very much appreciated

Lovely atmosphere and great food. The lobster was plentiful and very tasty. Chateaubriand was one of the best ever and cooked perfectly

A rather disappointing dining experience. The restaurant seems to be targeting a premium experience, but falls short in many areas. The food was very bland and the source ingredients not very good quality, although not terrible, but I certainly expected better for the price. The food pairings were often miscalculated for example my smoked salmon starter was covered raw onion and chives, which totally overwhelmed the salmon. The &quot;champagne sauce&quot; on the on the Belgium Chicken seemed to be brown sugar in some kind of wine. The chicken itself was completely unseasoned flavorless.  Dessert was OK, but you will need to pay a 5 Euro supplement if you want vanilla ice cream on the set menu - what a joke!

这个餐厅有点老旧，属于没有什么特色，而且口味也不行，不怎么样。

本来感觉这里的用餐的客人就不多，没想到服务还那么样子，真的是有点大跌眼镜，至少多照顾一下在这里用餐的客人，相信餐厅的生意也会好一些。

I originally felt that there were not many guests dining here. I didn&#39;t expect the service to be like this. It was really a bit of a surprise. At least take care of the guests dining here. I believe the restaurant&#39;s business will be better.
